Walt Hindenlang offers estate planning services tailored
to meet your individual needs. A living trust, coupled with
a pour-over will, advance health care directive and in some
cases a durable power of attorney for busness and a Trustee's Certification provides a
basic estate plan and creates a contingent plan for asset
management in the event of incapacity.
Other estate planning tools, such as lifetime gifting, life
insurance trusts and charitable trusts, may be incorporated
when appropriate to minimize estate taxes or handle special
needs.
If a probate proceeding is required, we strive to make the
process as easy as possible for the family and to handle matters
efficiently with minimum delays.
Walt also handles Conservatorships and Guardionships. He serves
as a member of the Probate Volunteer Panel and is appointed by
the Court to oversee conservatorship proceedings. He also serves
as a pro bono volunteer in two districts to assist proper applicants
in completing Gardianship petitions.
