Walt Hindenlang's legal experience in business law and estate
planning, combined with extensive hands-on experience in contract
negotiations and problem solving, make him an ideal mediator
or arbitrator for complex business disputes and litigation
involving trusts and probate.
Walt spent over 20 years in the aerospace/ telecommunications industry,
where he served as a corporate attorney, negotiated and managed major
contracts/ subcontracts and held several senior management positions.
This experience enables him to understand complex, hi-tech business
problems and helps him provide creative solutions during the negotiation
process.
Walt's current practice focuses primarily on estate planning and
probate matters. This experience in drafting estate plans and being
involved in probate matters, conservatorships and guardianships allows
him to offer alternatives and provide significant contributions in
the trust and probate dispute resolution process.
Walt's formal training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) techniques
was highlighted by a course entitled "Mediating the Litigated Case"
conducted by Pepperdine University Law School. He is currently serving
on the ADR Panel and the Trust and Probate Mediation Panel of the
Los Angeles Superior Court where he mediates a variety of business
disputes and cases involving trust and probate issues.
